Coming to see us

Initial Consultation
We can meet you at either in our London or Brighton locations for the initial consultation session. This meeting allows you to find out more about us, the process and decide whether it’s for you. It also allows us to find out about your wishes, wants, need and desires so that we can create the right solution for you. We can also advise you as to how many sessions you will need, or which of our packages would best suit you. Find out more about our fees and package options.

2:1 Sessions
The sessions take place in our Brighton ‘Genie Pad’, an affectionate term for a fantastic and inspiring space in which you can completely escape from your day to day life and focus on you.

Brighton has been renowned since Victorian times as a place to go for fresh air, renewed energy and to improve your health, and we have found it to be the ideal place in which our clients can relax and focus on achieving their personal goals. If you are not familiar with this famous seaside resort, then please don’t worry, as we can organise overnight accommodation for you if needed.
